Well I've had the brakes in pieces again tonight and the piston is moving ok (not seized).
Also the 2 sliders are free.
What I did notice is that if I pressed the face of the piston, whilst someone pressed the brake, it seems that the piston was slow in moving, i.e. maybe it's getting a reduced pressure.
So I looked for the bias valve, the control arm and spring are ok and free. But I did notice afer removing the rubber cap, that the internal piston was not touching the arm at all. Should it be like this?
Maybe the valve is faulty, so reducing brake pressure, OR maybe the master cylinder is faulty.
