My 145 cloverleaf will shortly be reaching its 5th Birthday. It's got 45,000 miles on the clock and the variator gone so I'll get the belts changed on the next service.
Question is should I get the spark plugs replaced as well? I'm tempted to keep them in for another year to keep the service cost down (I only do about 5000 miles a year. The service schedule states that the plus should be replaced every 72,000 miles or 5 years. Do the plugs go off over time? The cars running just fine apart from the diesel sound at tick over due to the variator fault.
