Order to bleeding brakes on a 146

Is there a specific order to bleeding the brakes on a 146, ?

I have changed all the hoses, and bled the system but i still have to push to pedel all the way to the floor.

I have used one of thos kits that uses the air pressure from a wheel, to push the fluid through the pipes(i also pushed the pedal at the same time). (completely flushed the system out)

I can remember hearing that if a car has ABS it will need to be bled in a certain order. ???
