Out of interest, I had my drivers side wishbone replaced for the MOT as the balljoint had worn out, whilst it was in the tester commented that the bush on the passenger side was on its way out. While i had the car jacked up yesterday i rocked the wheel back and forth at the top and bottom, no movement. But when i moved it from side to side i could see visable movement at the inner bushes, only a mm or so but there was definate movement.
Does this mean the Bush is definately on it's way out? I am not too bothered if it does, i love working on this car (so easy to work on), but would it be safe to leave for 6 months or so?
No noises at the moment but it lacks "instantanious" feel
