variator problem

I've changed the repair kit for the variator, because it hadadiesel noise when starting the engine.
After I started the engine whit the repair kit mounted, the diesel noise had gone, but when I'm accelarating the engine, at about 2000rpm a very bad noise appears.
when I disconect the actuator for variator, the noise is gone.
Whit the actuator for the variator discconected the engine runs good.

can some help me whit a scheme for variator disassembly?

Thanks!

Yes , I used the correct cam tool.
But if so, what happens if you don't use the correct cam tool?
And when I disassemdly the variator I found a small gear behind the piston and i don't now the exact pozitions af it.
Can you help me whit some foto, how is the correct oreder of reassembly the variator (shaft, spring, piston, washer)?
Tanks!

Google Translate

Translated version, not easy to follow but easier.

You'd have been better off replacing the variator, now you have to go through the whole process again.
