Unhappy with Adrian Flux

Just wated to post a bit of feedback about Adrian Flux

I have been with them for a number of years now and up until this month was happy. Now I've had a "you should have read the small print" problem.

Fair enough maybe I should have BUT I'm a loyal customer who pays a considerable premium, on time, in full, every year and I've never made a claim. This issue could have been sorted immediately with an email or phone call.

But they have me by the balls because the premium is payed and admin charges (whatever the hell they are) would be incured so cancelling is not an option.

Very dissapointing Mr. Flux
