It won't fit, only on a 2.5 v6 with a 6-speed gearbox (of the 156 v6) you can fit a Q2 diff.

You will need to fit the Quaife diff. Apart from the diff ifself you won't need to change anything, but you might want to change some bearings as you took apart some of the drivetrain anyway.
