Yes I obtained an upgrade to 330mm at 3.5 years and out of Warranty, all at Desira Southgate. James Wilson, Service Manager was very helpful, and he did mention in November that there was a 147gta with the same issues as mine also going for the upgrade (assume that was you). I think my situation was helped by the fact that they had already replaced the 305 discs once within warranty, and the warping happened again. I believe they look upon each case individually, though I cannot reconcile that attitude other than on pure AR commercial grounds. Keep plugging away, and by all means refer to my case if it helps to get them covered 100%.
