My GTA was ex Fiat UK car, and came with the 330mm brakes and the crappy tyre weld and compressor. There is no jack and no wrench. Just before I went to Italy in it in the summer I purchased a spare (cheap ish) alloy, a jack and a wrench, didnt want to be stuck anywhere. If you want a spare wheel kit you could try ebay.
