1. because even though they are an improvement on the 305's they arent the best in the world... esp if you plan to up the power the car is making. Upgraded pads and possibly disks are a good idea along with braided hoses.
2. the ad set up are KW's - theyre not a copy, theyre re-branded with ad's own springs
