The thing that will be wrong is the price. It will possibly missing a 1, more probably a 2 or even maybe a 3 off the front of the 995. Nothing can be nasty enough on a car like that to warrant that price.
If done deliberately it's already having the desired effect of getting the forum talking.
Between the teledials, the exhaust, the aerokit and the red style interior theres already a good £1500 in parts...... if I wasnt in a different country id probably be getting that bought!
Just been doing some research as it seems a bit good to be true and the guy only started in June this year, maybe he hasn't got his eye in yet for these things?!
He calls it a Cup when clearly it isn't. I suspect it's a bit of a shed with some serious problems. A Cambelt at £650 would price it at £1600 but that is still way too low for a decent v6.
tempted to get this and break my t spark to recoup some of the outlay.. mine is problamatic at the moment, fighting me all the way to making it road worthy and this is ready to go? what to do, its only 45 mins away
Even with no history, 8 owners etc etc it's got to be worth a punt at that price, 85k mile isn't too high at all. A cracking project car if nothing else. Surely it wouldn't take more than say £2k to get it back up to scratch unless there are some serious issues. Interior & seats looks in great shape.
Just noticed in the pics it has a blue ignition key, is this normal for a v6 as I know the TS's are red!? Before I ring him and more than likely buy it
Been trying to get some info from the guy via email as I've been stuck at work all day and not had time to ring, but not had no response from either the autotrader email or his website one. Will hopefully ring him tomorrow.
:tut: WHOA WHOA WHOA sunny jim, plymouth (or guz as it's known to a select few) is in Devon and pasties are Cornish, whilst i may not be Cornish, my wife is, and whilst she may have the hump  with me contemplating/planning to buy this v6 with a 3rd son on the way i'd dare not sleep tonight had i not addressed this issue!
