My good wife was watching Eastenders and I happened to look up to catch sight of the Spider and point this out only to be ridiculed when it turned out to be Ian Beale!!
I've stayed up to watch the re-run just to see Ian in an Alfa - funny how Alfas keep popping up in Eastenders, it's probably the only brand of cars they can get away with using without being accused of "brand placement"
There must be a savvy product placement person at Alfa as we have had a couple of Alfas on Corrie too!(Corrie for you southern folk is "Coronation Street", it's on at 7.30, before you get home from your 2 hour commute!)
I'm going to make a formal complaint to the BBC about the cruel treatment of an Alfa - would they do something like that to a little puppy or kitten!!!!!
You are all so cruel about Ian Beal. The poor chap has had a troubled life loads of women have walked out on him his chip shop is doing badly (so ive been told) he always smells of picked eggs and now he has to drive a car which will have the upper suspension wishbone banging and a flat spot when moving off.Shame on you. Richard Beal.
Didn't Archie have a 147 before his Maserati? Still wrong for Ian Beale though, he's more of a Mini kind of sheep!
