I have had the VDC error when I almost stalled the GTA and one other time on a poor gearchange, I think its related to current drop under those situations, never had a problem, it also went a bit haywire on the rolling road but again a restart and a bit of a drive it cleared up, certainly worked a treat when I made a small error in judgement
the other month so if it goes away I doubt its broken.
