Had a chat with one of the indies that remove DPF's and remaps, as it seems that the problem I'm getting is due to short journeys, and perhaps a dodgy EGR, so I may take the plunge next week and splash the cash and do DPF removal and a conservative remap, as tbh the Brera is looking pretty good sitting on its new rims that its getting mighty frustrating just looking at it, for those of you who have had the surgery done, was there any downsides, I know the positives are:
Better economy
Better pull/acceleration
Smoother response
No more regen/egr issues
but has there been any negative side affects???
