My view is that if he doesn't "get it", he never will.
I shouldn't waste your time toooo much (though magnificent effort so far
)
He sounds like a pukka Beemer Boy... he'll only blame you for it when GTa runs out of washer fluid "...bloody unreliable Italian cars..." etc.
