I am a reformed tip ranter, I remember in 1999 I lost 'it' and screamed at a hi vis hitler and threw my cardboard in a cardboard skip even though the tape barrier was up, he then proceeded to remove said cardboard from cardboard skip with barrier tape and deposited it in the 'live' cardboard skip and then had the local council issue a penalty for 'fly tipping' WTF?
