Apparently some 170 or so GREEN GTV's were sold, that probably narrows the amount of GTV V6's in green to what, say about 50 or so? Then the amount that are actually Sargassi down to say, what, some 20? Then the amount that remain to about say 10? Same goes for your grey perhaps,
I agree that any car kept in pristine condition long enough will eventually become a 'classic'.
Very doubtful as to whether it would ever make economic sense to deliberately keep a car in this condition with the idea of one day making a healthy profit though.
I also think that the Busso V6 is already a classic engine so the 156s with these engines have most chance of becoming future classic cars.
GTV V6 busso in mint condition a definate future classic as more are scrapped in the future the value will always go upwards, same with the 147 GTA and even the 156 GTA.
Wait till they hit their bottom limit and bag a bargain.
Also if the ECU packs up in 10 years replace it all with Twin Webber carbs, fewer problems and smaller bills, Better sound and performance.
Only problem is by then as pointed out earlier is petrol will be banned, and cars will be charged for every mile they drive.
