A drivetrain component would be rated to a torque, not a power, rating - the fact the Q2 can handle the high (by petrol standards) torque of the 1.9jtd was one factor in convincing me it was safe. TB thrashing one with way more power and torque than my GTA will ever dream of, with sticky tyres and a track setup in capable hands (i.e. a hard time for the transmission!) was another...
