i need a bit of help, recently i just bought a pair of brembos which is for a gta upgrade...wouldn't fit into my 147,have to replace my knuckle arm to the gta ones.....or is there any other option....pls help
Do you mean that the bolt holes on the mounting bracket dont fit the standard 147? As the 330mm Brembos are radial mount I think the cheapest option is to get alternative mounting brackets made.
The GTA uprights are expensive and then I think you also need to change the track rod arms too.
No, the GTA caliper brackets fit onto a GTA suspension upright, they won't fit a std 147/156/GT suspension upright.
The brake mounting holes on the upright are different.
So you either need the GTA uprights, etc.
Or different brackets.
Thanks all for the prompt reply,i think i'll go with the cheaper option which is the bracket thingy....thanks again to everyone here...
