Its the way to go.
I'm not sure my spring would survie the 160 mile trip home and in the winter the nice clean sheds in the steading fill up with grain straw and cows! so it just leaves the dark damp sheds You would find me and the mice huddled in the corner for warmth
I think my problem is that I have to rush every job I do.

Just back...It was her twin who passed on a few years back.
Mice I just luv the 3 blind mice in the shrek movies...amazing creatures.

Her mum has an almost empty double garage in Bearsden that I use on rare occasions, I'm not sure how she'll feel about a stranger being in there fiddling with gubbins though.
If it was something like an interior swap that could be done in a day (or a few days - just leave the car in there) I'm sure she'd be fine with you using it aslong as I'm there aswell, my old mum lives 5 minutes from there so it's not too big a deal.
She always has an endless supply of chocolte biscuits aswell

Life is for laughing sooty. She'll need at least 3 endless supplies....Hot chocolate too.
