Nev, I'm not going to get dragged into an argument on this one, as I'll only get accused of being a South American dictator/sexual deviant/troll/secret tory propoganda plant/take your pick

I think you can probably guess my views on this one, ie it's no coincidence that we haven't had another 9/11 or 7/7; there are only a minority of scumbags actually prepared to do that sort of thing, and most of em are probably locked up in Gitmo Bay. If they are not, then the guys the yanks have behind bars know who they are, and as the man said you do whatever it takes to get the information you need to save innocent lives.

The liberal leftys who whinge about Gitmo Bay etc never actually address the issue of how those guys (many foreign nations including sadly, Brits) got to be there, ie they were picked up on and around the Afghan border - and why would you be in that area if you not involved in terrorism ?

The biggest laugh was the 3 Brits who were released; they claimed that had gone there to attend a wedding ! Yeah, and my ar5e smells of strawberrys and cream.....

If you would rather wait until a few thousand innocents get blown to bits, hope the perpetrators don't kill themselves in the process so you can then put them in front of a civilian court, and therefore protect their "human rights" in the process, go ahead. Don't waterboard.

I shall say no more on the subject.
