Would anyone possibly be able to help?
My car fails to start occassionally usually after it has been driven and left to stand for a short while .
It cranks over okay but the management light stays on and then later it may start and the light goes out. The low fuel pressure pump from the tank seems to be working, a small drop of easy start or a short push fires the vehicle into life. The car drives well with no problems .
I have had it plugged into a diagnostic machine reader it only showed up faults in the heater plugs and egr valve which is disconnected.
Could it be crankshaft sensor?
Any help much appreciated as this is really bugging me!
