Today I got my first proper Alfa wave. Took the car out for its first long run, was passing through Berrima in Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Waved at a red Sud (I think - maybe it was a Sprint) and got a wave back.

Car ran beautifully, returned 6.6 l/100km which I estimate is a bit over 40mpg in the old money. Since I only have about 1120 km on the clock I assume things are still a bit tight.
