Good old BT internet, I used to be with them too but had to change because the Helpline was useless, it was so bad that i eventually phoned the BT broadband sales guys who managed to talk me through fixing the problems in about 5 minutes, I am now with Sky broadband and have only had to call them once and got an instant solution to the problem
