I'm 6ft and weigh in at over 16 stone. No major issues height wise ... even with a sunroof. Sure I would sit in the seat better after loosing a few lbs, rather than the sitting on the seat feeling I get at the moment!!
Me girl being 5'9'' loves the amount of room she gets on the passenger side as well. These comments are based on the fact we rarely have passengers so both have the seats pretty much right back.
