hey guys, just signed up, got my V reg 145 Cloverleaf 2.0 on saturday, its a dream car! apart from the same idle fault youve all been discussing, just tried that throttle (butterfly) clean up, didnt make a difference.. same symptoms, stop at traffic lights and it revs itself, 1500 2000 even 3000rpm, someone mentioned lambda sensor..but im not really that clued up.. So shall i do as the other gentleman did and buy a new throttle body?
The fella who sold me the car had fitted a K&N air filter, thats the only mod engine wise i think, could this be the problem? should I reset ECU
