The Job is now done.
It started first time and sounded sweet. I was ****ting my pants when i was turning the key.
Overall it is a fidly job that requires a lot of tools and small hands. I had neither.
Thanks to Chris155 for his help and all the relative threads with tonns of information. Without all that info i would think twice.
DTE is a good tool also!

Tomorrows jobs are: empty the coolant and refill with the right mix
Change the gearbox oil and fit my nice redline MT90.
