Oldie Newbie !

Hi,
I guess I ought to make a proper 'newbie' introduction.

My name's Paul Skett, and I'm the long term owner of an Alfa 145 Cloverleaf. It's a '97 R model, which I've owned from new. Probably should have got rid of it years ago, while it still had some (positive) residual value left. But you know how it is.

Car has some minor tweaks to the engine: ECU / cams, etc., and is lowered 40mm all round.
Yes, it still has it's engine undertray too - by some minor miracle (and a lot of tiptoing over speed humps).

Reason I signed up to this forum wasn't actually to ask dumb newbie questions, but now I have, I might well have a browse around and see what I can learn from you guys.

In fact, it was actually a post in this thread in your (South) Scottish section, which caught my eye:

http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/south...ml#post1785016 (Just got a Passenger ride in a Zonda CS12!)

.... and I simply couldn't resist replying to.

You, see, apart from the Alfa, one of my other cars is a Noble (Ferrari) P4 replica.
Few 'clickable' photos of it here, if anyone is interested:

What ferrari is this ? (P4 Replicas) - Supercars.net (Spec' is in the post #39, below that.)

For my sins, I also run the world-wide register for Ferrari P4 replicas ....
.... and so I know Mal's P4, (mentioned in that other thread), fairly well.

The Truth is out there .... (along with around 150 'missing' Noble P4's. Yeh. Right, Lee ! )
