Re: exhaust system to 1.8 ts

Right basically both will do the same job as your just removing the centre siliencer so either will do. But in the case of which will be cheaper well . . .

My best advice to you is to try and find a custom exhaust shop who can remove the box and replace it with a straight peice of pipework.

Is the Supersprint item listed for you car? Weigh up which is cheaper having the centre box removed or just using the replacement pipe from Supersprint.
If the repacement pipe isnt a direct replacement for your system then your need to modify it anyway which will be easier if a custom exhaust fitter does it.

IF you do do it yourself, make sure to use axel stands and not just a jack and use plenty of WD40 on the joins at least 24hrs before you start to help losen the joins between the systems.

Hope that helps
