I'll try to scan the dyno results later at work. The problem is, that the color of the graphs are so light that my own scanner dosnt recognize them.
The car has done ~91thousand miles and no problems with the original clutch.

Back to business...
We used fourth gear (its hard to get enough traction with lower gears) and I didnt even counted the runs, but lot more than 3 per edit.

I'm not sure is the car running 1.5bar all the time or is it only the overboost value. I'll have to install boost gauge anyway, so I'll get back to that question later. The car was connected to a computer so we got the boost value from there (I think its a max.boost value).

The throttle respond is very linear. There is no peaks like in original...
i didnt remeber to put the rpm's with my first post so I added them.

original ~130kw 3580rpm /307ft 2500rpm
stg1 map ~150kw 3800rpm /326ft 2700rpm
stg1 map+exhaust ~152kw 3450rpm / 340ft 2550rpm (much more power/torque from 1800-3800rpm)
stg2 map for new exhaust ~165kw 3600rpm / 370ft 2580rpm

And there is still +160kw / +280ft in 4000rpm.

more dyno results after we have installed new parts...

btw. I liked to see your results too, there have been lot of topics about remapping, but not much dyno graphs or results.
So add your 2.4JTD 20v dyno results to this topic (please).
