Where would be the best place to get a fast road engine made for my '99 146? I'm after cams and a gas flowed head. AH Motorsports seem to know what they're doing. Also found this place

Any suggestions? I want to spend about £1600 maybe a little bit more but I want genuine gains as well.
Already have a Ragazzon Group N exhaust and a BMC CDA will be fitted shortly. Possibly getting Supersprint manifold and de-cat as well.
