I dont think it will work, found this in the Alfadiag->FAQ:

Q. Does AlfaDiag support ELM based interfaces?
A. AlfaDiag does not support or function with ELM based interfaces.

There are two links to products from ecufix which are supported on Alfadiag->Links. I would stick to those recommended choices.
