See if they will exchange it for an LCD screen. Dont see why they wouldnt, and I think you can demand your money back as the TV has never been right. The managers in these stores are usually young inexperienced lads and a good shout usually goes a long way to getting what you want. They just want an easy life. Dont give in to them.
