Mine's only the 1.6TS, and the limiter is a pain in the backside.
The needle swings up to the redline very freely for a small engine. Especially when your competing in the "Traffic Light Grand Prix".
Got "Owned" by a Corsa the other day, because I got it away from the lights so quick the needle swung round to the red and bounced off the limiter, before I could hook into second. While I was busy "Dying" the Corsa (probably just a 1.2, for even more embarrasment!
) just left me, and then chopped in front of the line of traffic.
It's like hitting a brickwall.
