Chris - fitting the GTA oil cooler set up would be way too much for me. There's no way I'd be able to do a job like that..
I think Pascs solution seems ideal, and I could copy his set-up exactly, provided the take off plate would fit 3.0 the same as the 2.5.. Do they share the same oil filter part number? This would also leave me with an oil filter thats easy to access, so oil changes wouldn't take half the time. How do you go about changing the oil filter on yours? I've only had one done on mine since I bought it, I just took it to BMC as I've never done one on a V6 before, and the mechanic took it out from below, which is kind of what I expected. How come you can't get at yours from below?
