No worries. The last resort is to make it into a manually adjusted tensioner by drilling it out the bottom and adding a screw.

I talked with the Manufacturer last week, (TSUBAKI) and they are N/A from them either. But the Ferrari uses a similar one.
This set-up is not as reliable as the newer but the newer uses that cheapo mechanical tensioner made in Canada which is similar to the ones ALFA made the NA market use on the 12V that replaced the fantastic hydraulic tensioner.
But a lot of newer vehicles use this style. The only thing that is better about the new setup is the rear cam wrap around.
The bearing is still available though, so good news there.
Not sure why FIAT would stop production on such a crucial item??
