156 V6 air con removal

I never use the air con on my car, and I also noticed the air con rad is sat in front of the normal radiator, which is going to affect cooling, and I reckon I'm gonna need more of it for the coming summer.. I'd like to remove the air con radiator, along with the rest of the gubbins, is it much of a job?

What belt is the air con driven from? I'm assuming aux belt, but you never know..

How would you go about removing the compressor, but still getting the right tension on the belt? Was there a V6 without air con that you could use the belt from?

Cheers all
