Hello Petko and thanks for the information...
I really don't know that EU rules forbidden closing of the EGR valve... because many forums consists information about block of EGR as the solution for the black smoke from the exhaust, low power on the cold start, full power achieve, etc.
My friend who was remap of my Alfa thinks that the software disconnecting of EGR for 147JTD 8v is impossible in his remap. He uses ECM2001 tuning software.
It will be nice if you explain details about software EGR disconnection for us.
