Hi everyone I need your advice and collective wisdom

I have a 04 147GTA Sele, since new .. i have just done 35000 km, and will probably change my suspension soon.

My desire, to lower it 30mm all round, and have a much more comfortable ride (Sydney, Australian roads are terrible) and also make it a lot more surefooted and less twitchy at higher speeds, I do not intend doing more than 1 or 2 trackdays a year. It would also be good if I could adjust the height if needed.

I initiially thought coilovers either KW V2's or the Eibach Pro-Street Series, but a few specialists have warned me that ANY coilover would result in a much harsher and uncomfortable ride.

So should I consider separate springs and damper combo's and if so, which ones, or are coilovers still the best option ?
