Yeah, the website is an 'off the shelf' job, and isn't running correctly, then there's the fact that the guy who runs it has set it up as an individual rather than a company!!!
According to another forum (A chip tuning one), the owner is sourcing his equipment from a company which the forum have been asked not to deal with... Doesn't sound like a place where I'd want to get my car done...
