The "best" exhaust system is the one that your car was designed to use, i.e. the standard kit. If you want longevity, get a stainless steel replica. If you want aftermarket noise look elsewhere.

Generally standard exhausts are very restrictive. Alfa ones are very good but you can always do better
The supersprint and CSC seem to be the best.
