I fitted a Powerflow stainless to my 155 and it wasn't much more expensive than a standard replacement from alfa. Im sure they do them for the 145 as well. They have dealerships all over the country so you should be able to find one near you.
I had mine made with an extra back box which keeps the noise down. It sounds nice but not too boy racer
