Just thought I’d share my engine mapping results with you fair people. The car itself is a bog standard 2001 147 2.0 Selespeed with 30,000 miles that seems to have been well looked after in its previous life (FSH etc). I've had it since September 07.

I did the deed via Red Dot Racing (Watford) and very friendlily they where too.

Before the mapping
BHP 136
Torque 105

After the mapping
BHP 153
Torque 119 lb-ft

BHP increase by 17 (12.5%) and Torque increased by 14 (13.33%)

Cost to do the job was £199 as long as you a Alfaowner forum member.

When driving the car you can defiantly feel an increase in acceleration times. Fuel figures seem the same as before but then again I only got to drive it for a few minutes after the mapping.

All in all I'd recommend it if you got £200 quid to spend and about one and a half hours to spare.
