Anyone know how its fixed?

May seem like a daft question but I knocked mine off this morning - it doesnt look like it was glued and I couldnt see where it would be fixed to the roof.
tbh I havent had a propper look yet as did it in the works car park - just wondering if its going to be a quick sort..
