You won't notice any difference, as the ECU assumes any fuel that doesn't pink/knock is 95 octane. It cannot detect that the fuel is of a higher octane rating than 95, so it cannot advance the timing.

To get any extra power out by using 97, 99 or higher octane you would need to have your car remapped for it..

The cleaning additives in high quality fuel might help keep the injectors and fuel lines cleaner though, preserving the original horses for longer..
