i'm not a fan of the dual exhaust 'look', but i know this is subjective. perhaps check the off-the-shelf options from brands like Ragazzon and CSC. they are fairly expensive, but you may consider them good-enough value. pics of them will also give an idea of how a custom exhaust could be designed.

for fitment, a small part of the chassis where the toe-hook would normally attach (righthand side) needs to be cut away, and of course you lose the use of the toe-hook. this is fine for 99.9% of people i would expect.
i must say, i've not read much about significant power hikes with intake/exhaust mods - what are the figures? mostly about a change in 'look' and 'sound'. i'm pretty sure the GT does not suffer from the 'restrictive' catalytic converters like the brera/159/spider, but i'm no expert in this regard. not sure how 'complete' an exhaust you are considering. a full SuperSprint system would be awesome; so too a number of japanese systems. but they are so expensive. a simple backbox change is unlikely to make any difference to bhp.
i can vouch for the Q2 diff too. was a priority for me and very happy with the improvement.
