Re: BMW M6: Test Drive Review

Well Jamie, partly perhaps it's true because I was looking at the numbers and with 4.6'' 0-100kmh, 500hp and loads of torque combined with a not gianormous weight, I figured it'd be more sporty.

But that's now what's put me off. I mean, my car is not a sportscar but a sporty GT and you feel like it is. With the M6, it was a bit too easy, too pampered by the electronics and whatnot.

Mostly perhaps due to the very linear power delivery (in itself a positive most of the times) and the wide stance of the car but it just wasn't that engaging.

I felt the GranTurismo to be more engaging, despite the power deficit compared to the M6. Though, to be fair, at roughly very similar prices, it would be a close call as to which one to buy based on purely power for money.
