i was toying with idea of putting throttle bodies, cams etc onto a C16XE. i needed a new regulator for that (adjustable i think) but that was a hell of a lot of engine work. i don't think a holed coconut air filter and a Heinze exhaust counts as tuning, so pointless.
I've heard stories of blown fuel lines from these too.
