I know the pro's and con's of a lightened flywheel, and I think with my low ratio 2.5 gearbox and high rev limit my 3.0 V6 is an ideal candidate and would benefit a lot from the increased revviness a lightened flywheel would bring.

Also, does anyone know if the standard flywheel a dual mass one like in the JTDs?

Tyr Farndon engineering, farndon racing engineering crankshaft manufacturer coventry uk, they will make one for you, but be warned, they are expensive...
I had them make a crank & two flywheels for my Audi Quattro a few years ago, excellent machining, I think the flywheels cost me approx £400, that was about 9 years ago though..
