No idea really, maybe they are one and the same? What was the thickness of the Coupe discs? The GTA 330mm discs are 32mm thick and come in 5x98. You can also get 330x30mm discs and 330x28mm discs from Brembo, which would mean they use different calipers (although I'm not sure if these discs are available in 5x98)

I'd imagine if the Coupe discs are 32mm thick then they are infact the same caliper's found on the GTA with 330mm discs, only the discs themselves won't be 5x98 but whatever the coupes PCD is.
